We are delighted to announce that we have six newly trained volunteers, all ready to respond to assist families across the region.
Volunteers are the lifeblood of GCBN – without them we couldn’t provide our service. We are thrilled to welcome them on board.
Our new recruits are Natalie Grimmer from Elgin, Lorraine Paterson from Mintlaw, Sarah Stirling from Elgin, Sarah Drummond from Aberdeen, Kaye Simpson from Huntly and Lynne Oliver from MacDuff.
Five of them are pictured here at a training workshop with our Chair Anne Bone. They are now ready to take on our responder duties, working directly with bereaved children and their families.
We are always looking to expand our family of volunteers, especially in Moray and Aberdeen City, so if you are interested or know someone who might be, please get in touch.
